These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by HUMBLEBOB, a company registered in The Netherlands. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

HUMBLEBOB provides generated fashion photography services, including e-commerce product imagery, lookbook content, editorial photography, and campaign visuals. Services are delivered according to the scope, timeline, and specifications agreed upon in your project contract.

2. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use all delivered images for the purposes specified in your agreement. Your brand assets, guidelines, and product images remain your property at all times.

3. Limitation of Liability

HUMBLEBOB's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
