We make the production setup explicit before images are made: brand rules, model approval, shot definitions, product references, review gates, and delivery formats.

The Problem

Most image problems are setup problems. Inconsistent output, missed brand standards, and expensive reshoots happen because the rules were never written down. We fix that before production starts.

Production Rules vs. Taste Decisions

Some decisions are logic (shot codes, channel crops, delivery specs). Others are taste (mood, expression, styling direction). We separate the two so each can be owned by the right person.

The Setup Process

Brand rules, model review, shot definition, asset control, QA gates, and delivery formats are agreed in writing before any images are made. The agreement is reused on every subsequent run.
